Yes the admission for psychiatric help really did help

It was a bit of a reminder to me that I couldn't keep on going back there time and again

I tended to use it as an escape from my troubled and yes I would say damaged mind

I wasn't treated any differently during this time 6 weeks but I think that without it I would not be here today

My dizziness is still here

And my skin issue continues

But I'm sure my GP will get things sorted for me somehow

I actually suspect that I may have had a little stroke last Sunday.

Quite an unusual weird thing, I still sometimes struggle with some words.

Taking it a little easy, definitely better.

I am glad the psychiatric admission helped. I’m really really glad you are here with us. Many of us here understand what it’s like to have a troubled mind and even a damaged one. I’m not sure how you were previously treated I just really hope it was with love, empathy, compassion and dignity.

Im sorry the dizziness and skin issues are still there today. I recognise it is not easy especially while recovering from surgery and possible mini stroke. If you feel comfortable enough with GP let them know. You can get scans to check re mini stroke. If you feel concerned it’s also ok to call an ambulance to have this all checked out before GP visit.

Taking it easy is the best thing to do. Do you have some support at home?

Yes I will address issues with my GP who is very kind and helpful. Doesn't let me get away with let's just say embellishing the truth. Hahaha!!!!
