I am having a dirty chai, coffee and chai latte. It is a Nescafe instant one and not as good as using real coffee but it's a nice change from my usual mocha and hazelnut.

@GezzaP thats good you are doing well. When I saw no posts on Tabalugas from you I began to get worried. But after seeing your separate post I felt some relief. Its hard to know what goes on I had nothing to go by. Thought something had happened to you. But I'm happy you are relaxed and settled now even if you are still trying to get the knack of getting the eyedrops right! I'm happy the op was a success and you are doing ok. I know you only got 5 hours last night with no sleeping tablets, maybe tonight will be better. I have got some good news. Have been listening to a health audio to boost my kidney health as my last kidney function tests came back not as good. Have been doing kidney detox and regeneration and now and the trips to the bathroom are less. Have been doing it for over a month now, maybe I'll keep doing it for maintenance and go back for more bloodwork.

@Shaz51 yes its all these meds I've been on but at least theres something I could do. Have been doing liver detox to accompany my kidney cleanse. Am feeling a lot better

Well good after afternoon, since the sun has gone down. I am back on the site - after being rudely locked out for some reason, being somewhat of a tech nerd, I was a little miffed when it said it didn't recognise me! Take it from me, IRL I am hard to miss😂
A very good evensong to you all anyway. Got a nice opportunity unexpectedly this afternoon as a result of having to walk and bus/train everywhere at the moment (see there is a hidden gift in the darkest of times, you just have to keep your eyes sharp). I stopped for a drink as it was hot, after getting some official forms at the TMR and I got talking to the owner of the shop - an absolute gem of a lady. She mentioned a place she knew who might be taking on people and it sounded right up my alley. So she rings the woman for me and leaves a lovely message about me. Since it was a few blocks down, I walked in introduced myself and lo and behold, potentially a start very soon. Just a couple of little things to sort out first, relatively easy. Remember, if things are tough, God's delays ain't necessarily God's denials...timing is everything. Couple other good things happening too. Ok, am cooking up a nice stir fry, back soon. Have a lovely evening y'all
