New here

Hi
I'm new to sane and I am hoping to get some support. I find it difficult going to my family for support sometimes because I feel like a burdon and I can't tell them everything.
I have been getting help for anxiety and depression for just over 2 years now. Recently I had a setback and started harming myself. It was the relief I needed.
That was about a month ago.. I've had some good and bad days since but the past couple of days have been quite hard! I have a job interview tomorrow so like anyone I am very nervous!
I need to know how to get through the night, without harming, without harming thoughts.
The job position is disability support worker so I'm hoping so much that my anxiety doesn't ruin this for me..
Please help
Kelly

@Kel7. Fantastic. A reference check so quickly. That sounds really positive. My fingers legs and toes are all crossed for you.
Please try the ice cube next time the urge to SH is so intense. It may just be a way to 'hurt' without the 'damage'.
Thinking of you. Please let us know tomorrow how the call goes
