Re: Tabaluga's

Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB @Glisten I have never been a Toyota fan. I know they are supposed to be amazing and terrific and all that but I have never been a fan. I'd go Mitsi first, then Mazda or Isuzu. My first car was a Nisan Pulsar, a great little car. But the Navarra is a waste of money. Friend had one and he had it back to the dealer so many times I think he ended up selling it back to them. It was full of rust and other things went wrong with it.

My family were all Holden drivers, grandfather, great uncle, mum, aunt. Until mum bought a true lemon. She went and bought a Mazda after having it for only a few years. She's had the Mazda probably 20 years now and it's a great car.

As for the Ford Ranger.... what do Ford Rangers and women's anatomy have in common? Every **** has one. Yeah, not a word I use or like but the analogy, good grief what is it with Rangers?!

And Robin Williams had a wife and family.
Depression is awful. @TAB 😩
So sad that he's gone.
Such a funny comedian, yet he was so sad inside.

Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB  I think we met a couple of months ago before I took a break from the forums.  Sounds like you've just moved.  I'm about to move in 1 week after 11 years in the same place.

No worriesSmiley Happy @eth ..how do you feel about moving ?

Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB  overall I know it's for the best as I need support at times with my health problems and I did ask for it to happen.  My family is giving me huge support, helping with costs and my brother has even built a cabin in his back yard for me, so that part of it I feel good about.  BUT ... it's an interstate move to a much bigger city and I'm pretty nervous about all the adjustment and orientation.  So glad I will have help but brother is going away for 10 days only 2 weeks after I get there.

Re: Tabaluga's

ahh ..that rings a bell, sorry @eth ..well that's good of him to do that. Why would you be bothered about being on your own? just asking.. a lot of the time it suits me I think, well with pre conditions haha :smileyhappy..have you been to that city before? and why were you in the one you are in? . reasons change ..dunno ..

Re: Tabaluga's

Oh, ok, you like being alone. I'm guessing that's what you mean @TAB 😆😺
Hard to know what people mean on here sometimes, no worries though.

I do usually try to look at the positive. One reason I don't come on here when I'm really down, is I don't like to be negative. 😀

Hi @eth 💕
That is a big move after 11 years in same place. Glad you have someone to help. 😀

Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB  being on my own didn't bother me til I had a couple of health problems get worse, particularly hand tremors that even stopped me from using the eftpos at the shop at one stage, and I got scared as I have no-one here near Darwin that I can count on to help out if things get worse again.  I came back here in 2001 to put my child through high school years here as I had some great experiences here as a teen.  We managed to be a lot more stable than we had been prior to coming here, but they left home several years ago and, as you said, reasons change.  I have visited where I'm moving to and always enjoyed it, lovely beaches etc, but it's different this time moving there permanently.  In order to have family support I had a choice of 3 areas and this one suited me best - climate not too extremely cold and only a day trip to visit my child and grandchild.
