Hi @Wade,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing what’s been going on. It makes sense that things feel confusing and distressing. You're not alone and other community members resonate with this.
I understand everyone’s experiences are different, and it can be challenging to navigate.
I’m wondering if you have a GP, or any mental health professionals in place? They can also help and support you to navigate this, especially important when we notice changes and feel distressed. I encourage you to reach out if you haven’t already. Below are a few more resources you may find helpful.
For immediate emotional support at any time contact:
Lifeline: 13 11 14
Suicide Call Back Service: 1300 659 467

Here is a list of state mental health triage line for crisis support- please view here
Thank you

Hi Wade, perhaps check/contact https://www.unitingvictas.org.au/services/mental-health/hearing-voices-support/
They are part of the non-clinical peer (lived experience) international Hearing Voices Movement (Intervoice) that supports people understanding their voices/visions instead of fearing them or medicating them away.
Eleanor Longden's Ted Talk is very inspiring: https://www.ted.com/talks/eleanor_longden_the_voices_in_my_head.
Note everyone's lived experience is unique.
