Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. Nothing special for me, battling a really bad headache today.

The nausea is not as bad as it has been lately but bothersome in waving motion. Eating becomesa hard i already lost a lot of weight i find eating impossible feeling like this. A few forced bites and that's it.

The depression has gone down but a lot of stress and tension symptoms are re-appearing one i have not had for many years, maybe even more than a decade. i find it hard to see myself going down hill so fast short on sleep and finding it hard to get more

i have been trying to enlarge my support group. so hopefully i can get more human interaction. Being so unwell ties me down at home on my own for days at the time. All good when feeling okay but not so good when depressed or in state. Someone from Church came past last night in support and promised to look into finding more people able to help out. hopefully something can come out of that.

My wife has been much better, a lot of warmth has returned between us although both still also feel we need space - and i can see there has been a turn around with her, just as there has been with me.

Very thankful to our guardian angel about that.😍

@Shaz51 I am catching up on studies, looking wistfully out the sliding door at the sunny weather and wishing I was out there pottering with my plants. I am sooooo tempted to sneak in to Funnings but better not, my credit card doesn't have much room and plants aren't really a necessity lol!!
