I'm doing really well @Chasingsunsets just enjoying my daily medical qigong practices. I keep adding more to my routine from a lovely traditional chinese medical doctor off youtube. My health and wellbeing are good because of it. How are you?

@Chasingsunsets No I didnt catch the moon have been falling asleep early! The moon is usually red under what is called a blood moon in astrology circles. If you look it up online there are lots of articles in astrology about what a blood moon portends. You can expect all kinds of human conditions under a blood moon. Its usually not a good sign. I must get outside and moon gaze, though. I do feel better for it it just takes my woes away. If the moon is out tonight will do some moon gazing again. Enjoy your nap! Nice to wind down in the afternoon after lunch! Nothing on today got to do some cleaning of the kitchen. Ciao Ciao for now! ❤️

I have my heater now, so I'll get groceries and read some library loans before they're due, then go to that tribute band I mentioned.

@WretchedKid We have geckoes out this way and on occasion they get into the house. They are lovely creatures with a sweet heartbeat if you pick them up. Youre having a good day which is lovely to hear! I'm just having a nice relaxing day at home today. Nothing much is happening here but am enjoying watching the day pass slowly. Might get out and moon gaze tonight. But just staying around home base today. You'e reminded me I got to get around to reading a book I bought that I've been putting off reading as well as listening to some health audios this afternoon. Anyway enjoy the rest of your day and take care for now. Bye bye! ❤️
