@Dimity @Shaz51 I had my flu shot at my last depot injection appointment. Then the COVID booster this week (Where antidepressant was increased just for winter slump)

I've just come from my first PHN appointment. They suggested their Art Therapy group, which runs once a week

I'm comfortable with it, since I have an honours degree in visual arts

I don't "Like it". It's just what my family pressured me to study
