Hey, I’m sorry you’re going through this right now.
Everyone else has given great supports you could look into.
I know it’s hard right now, but you’re doing your very best in the situation you have and that’s commendable in its own right.
Life can definitely be a challenge, but don’t lose sight of the moments that make it worth it. Little things that make you happy, however small, can sometimes help you get through these moments just enough to keep on going.
For example, do you have a favourite snack you could buy? A hobby you can enjoy without judgement? Cat videos?
Sometimes reconnecting with nature is also powerful. During hard times, I try to go outside where the weather is mild and there’s a soft breeze and a bit of a view. Watching tree branches sway or feeling the wind can be soothing, even if it’s not normally something you do. It can kind of recenter you on the fact that life can be simpler than this hard moment, if you let the pressure leave with the wind.
I hope you’re feeling a bit better today. You’re doing a great job and I believe you’ve got the strength in you to make it through this bump in the road. It gets easier with time, but you’re allowed to cry and do less in this moment. You matter, mate.
