Hi @Blackcloud likewise! How’s your afternoon going? yess I was googling looking at teapots as I know shaz loves her teapots haha and came across a frog one!! So cute but I’m confused by the handle it gives me a bit of anxiety, like how do you pour it 😂😂😂

my afternoon’s going ok. I haven’t mentioned about this on here yet but I’m currently battling with a slight cough and a bit of a sore throat. My sore throat did get 80-90% better after I made a honey-lemon tea & been doing that like 4 times this week 😌

Also I want to book for a flu vaccine but it looks like I might need to wait until I’m fully better to get it? I’m hesitant to call a pharmacist about it because on google search, there’s a resource that mentions that you can generally still get the vaccine when you have mild symptoms. I did rang the reception at my GP clinic almost 2 hours ago but the lady I spoke to didn’t seem like a very nice person & her approach really threw me off. Also very disrespectful that she mentioned that I might be immunocompromised when I’m actually very healthy with mild symptoms lmfao 🤣🤣

Sorry to hear about the response you were met with re that lady. It definitely does sound off putting but good on you for being so proactive in trying to get the information you need, it takes a lot of effort to do that so good on you and perhaps that lady was having a not so good afternoon and you caught her at the wrong moment, which isn’t an excuse on her behalf. Hmm, it’s a good question re vaccine and if you are feeling unwell, I had a bit of a Google also as I’m no expert either and read the same as you. It might just depend on you and how you feel whether you wait and get better from what you have at the moment or if you feel ok to get it with the symptoms you have. I guess in the end no rush either way as the vaccines will always be there. 😊

@Dimity I'm glad it helped a bit. I'm still laying in bed, my headache is really bad and the pain is hard to deal with (I'm safe). I'm currently laying on my bed with Casper fighting back tears.

Sorry to hear that @MissGremlin ... sending gentle hugs. Glad you have Casper with you. I had a really bad headache and earache for days that turned into snuffles, I'm still shaking it off. Maybe it's something going around.

Can you get to an urgent care clinic if you need to?

@Dimity thankyou for the hugs sweet. I'm sorry you came down with the snuffles after that, hope you are all better soon. I think I'm just completely worn down which isn't helping things.

Unfortunately my car has issues so I don't like my chances of going anywhere.
