@Shaz51 Hey you. I came back last week to talk about soemthing immediate and pressing but have decided it might be good for me to drop in regularly and listen and talk to this awesome community again.
Today I am going to get soem documents signed by a JP at the library in prepe for a surgery next month and I'm a bit wobbly on that. Trying hard to do the calming self talk and redirects though and managing mostly.
My Sunday is looking like reading, maybe picking up a new playstation game and cooking our evening meal this afternoon before the pain sets in too hard, so it is then a heat and eat later.
