Hi @Suporthe - I'm really sorry to hear that things are really tough for you, but I'm really glad that you have taken this step to reach out and talk about it. It sounds like these 'odd thoughts' are quite disturbing/worrying to you, and I can understand why. Especially if it is a new or unexpected kind of experience for you. Our thoughts are not always a reflection of our truth, or of our values; it might just be an indicator of how distressed you are feeling at the moment. It may still be worth connecting in with a mental health professional to help you figure out what might be going on.
Sometimes feeling disconnected and like nothing feels real can be a sign that we are so incredibly stressed or overwhelmed that our minds have sort of 'checked out' - it can be incredibly scary, but it can also be our brain's way of protecting us from becoming completely overloaded by very intense emotions.
When it feels like everything is falling apart, often that's a sign that we are needing support, care, and connection, and potentially for something in our lives to change or shift. It doesn't mean that these feelings will last forever, or that you are powerless to find your way out of this darkness 💜

Hi @Suporthe ,
Thanks for sharing.
It sounds like you are worried about the odd thoughts. That you feel distant from life.
Do you have the odd thoughts often?
Are you able to share a little of what's going on in your life?
(No pressure to share - only if you want to.)

Sometimes life on earth can really feel like hell @Suporthe
It can be helpful to reach out only when HELP is actually there.
I found it important to find a range of ways I can ground myself. It can depend on cultural or personality styles... what works for you. For me, music making (not passive), writing, movement and gardening or doing things in the environment helps. For some its doing Legos ...or coin collecting... often I feel it is good to have some off screen activities to help with it.
