@ENKELI hello friend I hope you’re surviving the heat well where you are, the concept of cooling pillows was recommended to me recently and I felt like cursing at the thought of not knowing they even existed. I still haven’t been able to afford one myself as I can barely afford my bills, but thought you should know of their existence too.

hi @MissGremlin it has been okay 💗 I’ve had a hard week with PTSD triggers flaring up but I’m a tiny bit better today, last night I went out for pizza and spent time listening to music when I got home as my treat for getting through my GP appointment earlier in the day yesterday which sorta helped

@lonemushroom well done on getting through yesterday, it can be so difficult to get up the energy to go out that's for sure.
I have heard of cooling pillows, but like you don't have the extra money to buy one. I bought some bamboo pillow covers that are supposed to be cooling. Usually I put a towel on my pillow to help with the hot flushes and heat. Sometimes I wish mum never moved us over to WA all those many years ago! I could have happily lived in Canberra I'm sure!
