Mind spot: online mental health quizzes, programs etx

Hi everyone,
I heard about this site,take a tour and see if it is useful for you or your loved ones. I did the anxiety quiz and it was a pretty accurate as a gauge of where I am at these last couple if weeks.

The MindSpot Clinic is a free telephone and online service for Australian adults with stress, worry, anxiety, low mood or depression. We provide mental health Screening Assessments, therapist-guided Treatment Courses, and help people find local services that can assist them to recover and stay well.
