Depression- Really Struggling- may be triggering

Depression- Really Struggling- may be triggering

I realise how little i mean to people. i mean nothing.
its abit like walking down a long dark street never knowing when a light might flick on to show me the way or give me some hope.
im tired of trying. tired of hoping. tired of coping. tired of exisiting. tired of breathing. i think im done.
dear everyone that knows me, im sorry im such a disapointment. im sorry i cant live up to your expectations. im sorry i was born. im sorry if ive hurt you. im sorry if ive made you miserable. i deserve all the blame and hatred i have gotten. everything is my fault and im sorry.
im locked within the walls of my own minds and i just cant escape it.
Pain. Pain all the time. It runs through my veins a fast flowing river with nothing there to stop it.
Just get over it they say. i wish i could, im living minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day. im struggling with memories that haunt me everyday and i dont think they will ever fade.
my thoughts are overwhelming and what hurts me the most is when people pretend to care but really they dont.
im so scared. things just arent the same anymore. im not doing anything right anymore. ive lsot myself, the person i once knew isnt here anymore. i dont know what to do anymore. i feel like i dont belong here or in reality. no where. i have constant feelings of being unworthy and hopeless, of being a prisioner in my own body.
i have so much pain physically and mentally. i try to stay happy. i try to keep smiling. i try to be brave. i try to be stong. i try to act like everything is ok but im far from it.
i never know when im going to have a 'good' day and at any minute im triggered and takes such a long time to recover.
there are monsters living inside me, attacking me, ripping me apart from the inside. i dont think its ever going to end
but its ok "ill just have to get over it" just as expected

Anything really spooky. We use to just buy colouring in books and colour them but her favourite thing was roses and plants and fairies @Spookytookims @Owlunar

Re: Depression- Really Struggling- may be triggering

it sounds like you and she had a really wonderful relationship @Former-Member Tell me a bit more about this

"Her watching but also stressing and jumping out of her chair when something began to happen or got out of hand "get off get off" she would yell from the sidelines"

It sounds like it would give a lot of insight into who she was. Like a kind of fun thing she did that made her who she was.

It sounds as if your were really close @Former-Member

And it must have been very hard when she had cancer - and you were so close to her through all of that

- wherever she is now I am sure she knows you are caring about her and remember those treatments and how she felt - that is delicate and wonderful

And you had fun stuff as well

Re: Depression- Really Struggling- may be triggering

Well @Spookytookims
When inwas younger i was abit fearless and would train horses as well. Sometimes when i said i was working with my own horse she would come and watch thoigh she couldnt do it very often.
But she would love to watch me brush them and ahe would sit behind the sidelines and just par their nose while pop was there pushing her in the wheelchair but she was sacred of horse but liked them. And if my horse would be naughty ahe wouls shale her head and not watch or she would yell get off gett off its too dangerous but ahe always told me that i hope i never outgrow horses as thats what made me happy and she loved watching me and when my sisters came along my sisters only whem they werent naughty thoigh

Re: Depression- Really Struggling- may be triggering

Ive been diagnosed with severe severe depression severe gad social phobia health anxiety and complex ptsd only late last year. But tonight we are talking about the passing of my nan its the first year of her not being here to celebrate anything with me and its really hitting hard after hearing a song that she use to love and also was played at her final farewell.
@oceangirl if its too triggering or your not up for it. That's really ok and i understand very much ❤❤❤

Re: Depression- Really Struggling- may be triggering

That's really supportive of her @Former-Member . I'm scared of horses too but I still like them and I have been near them. She definitely was a wise lady because she knew what made you happy and riding horses is something you can do all your life. So she knew what made you happy and wanted you to be happy.
