Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

She’s been super playful so we’re having lots of playtime and lots of pairs which is very cute so I feel like this is a good good thing for my mental health and she’s also making me laugh a lot because she keeps on going silly and falling off things.

gotta go to Kmart and get LED strip lights for my room. Maybe another heater not sure yet.

Haha must be a girl thing, Nala hisses mostly at males lol. I'm so glad your back home with Nova and that she's making you laugh and putting a smile on your face.

I think it will be good for your mental health too, pets can really do that 😊

that’s so funny @Nala2022 - I feel like I’m slowly settling back in at home, it feels safe here. I’m getting head butts off nova hahah. She’s been really cute. She’s very funny. Got an attitude towards my bro though.

That's great to hear @Fluttershy1, home should be a safe and comfort zone but I know that's not always the case for everyone.

Now she’s trying to chew cords - she’s so cheeky. @Nala2022 - she also keeps demanding for food lol.. your kitty is snoring that’s funny. Benson mums cat was being sassy.

mine might have been a year old when it adopted me @Fluttershy1

I eventually accepted I owned it so got it desexed etc . Since then its got huge, at least not getting badly beatenup like before

@TAB - some of them can be passive aggressive but some would be very lovey-dovey. I rescued her from the pound. She meows when she wants something or to play or food. Cats have funny ways of expressing how they feel.
