Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

im safe

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

Aw I'm happy for you 😊 cats really are the best. Nala is my first cat ever, she's my little buddy. Haha hopefully you're right, they can snooze for hours

It's freezing here too. I'm currently curled up in a blanket drinking coffee. Do you have much on for today? @Fluttershy1

Finish cleaning my room, do my last night at PARC then come back to nova tomorrow @Nala2022 - yourself?

we have been up early. She had the zoomies and wanted food. But there’s no point trying to go back to sleep

Pretty fine with it actually @Nala2022- I’m looking forward to coming home to be with nova, having my own bed.

yes sleepless nights & early mornings shall be very fun, she’s very cute though.

She is very cute, definitely worth the sleepless nights and early morning starts. Nala snores, I've never heard a cat snore until I got her lol

Omg it’s funny how they snore @Nala2022 - mums cat snore aswell because they are squish faced and it’s so funny. And they snort!! 😂

They are funny @Nala2022 - nova has come to bed now she’s like nap time hahaha. Curled up in her teddy bear bed. She’s adorable, she brings me so much joy!
