Something’s not right

Does it ever stop

Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

im safe

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

Hello @Fluttershy1 sweet, it was a good night.

How are you doing today?

Re: Does it ever stop

glad you had a good night last night @MissGremlin -

could be better you know, saw my fave support worker this arvo, and she noticed something was off. So I sorta offloaded my feeling to her. She was very understanding.

we did some diamond art & watched a movie, now she’s gone home a hour ago now I’m laying in bed, trying to keep myself afloat, by watching movies, I have had a cry. Can’t bring myself to cook any dinner.

am safe

@Fluttershy1 I'm glad the support worker was there to listen and that she was understanding.

I'm sitting with you sweet and sending you hugs ❤️.

I'm not sure how much I'll be around tonight, I've not had much sleep and things are feeling really rough for me at the moment. I'm safe and doing my bedtime routine so that I can sit in bed with Casper.

@MissGremlin - I’m sorry things have been really rough for you but just know we are here for you. I haven’t much sleep either. I’ve been watching movies. I just can’t seem to switch off, it’s starting to get very overwhelming at times.

Been watching some interesting ones that I will share in the movie thread.

@MissGremlin - been on abit of watching session with movies hahaha, got a lot of time at the moment.

I find movies interesting at times. They can be quiet relaxing aswell.

I swear people don’t know how to enter the house quietly at all @MissGremlin - it’s been overwhelming with all the noises in the house and people slamming doors. I’ve got Perry close by. We are watching a movie. Not really tired yet.

got a busy mind. Trying to keep it occupied.
I keep dissociating, got my stars on and trying to stay present while watching a movie.

am safe
