Something’s not right

Does it ever stop

Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

im safe

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

Hello @Fluttershy1 sweet, I'm sorry it's been a rough day. What's happening tomorrow that is stressing you out?

Maybe try some things and see what feels right?

Got the APARC assessment @MissGremlin - I’m really just worried I’m gunna say something wrong that is going to muck up my option to get an admission you know. I’m laying in bed watching tv with Perry, I moved my room around today. It feels a lot better.

im debating on making stars or continuing watching tv. Maybe do diamond art but not really in the mood for diamond art at the moment.

@Fluttershy1 i can understand being worried about the assessment but i think if you're honest about how things have been for you then i think you'll be ok.

I'm glad moving your room around feels better for you.

Making some stars while watching TV with Perry sounds like a good idea i reckon.

@MissGremlin - but I’m also extremely tired, so I’m debating if I’m taking my meds now and going to sleep or if I’m just going to stay awake abit longer. Am safe
