Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

Just it being a roller coaster and having good parts and bad parts and also having laughs over silly things. Also nearly completing my diamond art @AuntGlow - also meeting some really cute kittens at the pet shops.

I’ve been up early the morning went and picked up my meds from the chemist and then went for a little drive and had a good laugh with my housemate as they came with me.

we have been chilling back at home since and we have been silly and having a good laugh because I rubbed my silly energy off to her, we have been listening to music and I’ve helped around the house with cleaning. Now I’m just chilling on my bed because I needed some down time. As if I get to overstimulated if I don’t step back before I get too carried away.

I have a support worker today from 4pm and we will probably do art & craft or go to the pet shop. Not sure yet. But try and do something to keep me busy. I’ve made it 2 days so far without ER. I feel like I’m coping. Laughs and my support team are helping including this housemate she makes me laugh.

Feeling positive about today.

Hello @Fluttershy1 sweet, sounds like a nice day so far. Hoping you enjoy time with support worker. So proud of you for staying out of the ER for 2 days, you've got this sweet ❤️.
