Does it ever stop

I love spring because of all those flowers blossoming even though I get hayfever but it’s still my favourite season @Appleblossom.

Spring is my favourite season too. I love that things spring into life. It is also the start of warm weather which I enjoy. Summer is way too hot but spring is just right

been to the pet shop today and saw my friend that works there spent a few hours there, got to meet the cat that was up for adoption and he was adorable. Then I slowly made my way home but had to stop at the chemist on the way home for some pain relief for my headache.

got home spoke to the support worker manager for 20 mins then we hopped off the phone I went outside for abit. Now I’m sitting on the floor doing my diamond art and listening to my music.

support worker starts at 4 pm which will be nice, she then finishes at 8pm. Probably will do diamond art & watch a movie, have dinner and just chill.

3 days out of ER very proud of myself.

today has been a struggle I ended in ER and it wasn’t a great visit at all, I got told I needed a job etc from one of the Mh clinicians was not impressed. Like I’m trying to stay strong but I’m falling apart.

I’ve been chilling with my support worker and we are watching dumbo because I don’t really wanna do anything else apart from just chill out.

I was hallucinating and dissociating earlier hence the trip to ER, I seem to be ok now but it is really a hit or miss with how I feel.

I’ve got Perry and watching dumbo, hanging out with a support worker.
