Something’s not right

Does it ever stop

Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

im safe

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

I’m laughing at her @MissGremlin - it’s cold in her room though, ready to head to sleep soon

Hai @MissGremlin @tyme @TAB @Appleblossom @Jynx @Shaz51 @AuntGlow @Snowie @outlander - been a big day attended the doctors managed to get the documents done that I needed for housing, tried to set boundaries with a housemate but they weren’t listening and they keep taking my workers away from me and distracting them so I kinda lost it at them.

had a very emotional day but went out with the worker, now cooking dinner then going to do some self care with my diamond art.

But @tyme - I sorta lost it with the male housemate because he keeps take my ndis workers away from me an distracting them, it gets me so annoyed at he also tried to trip me up last night. I tried to be nice about it last night but he didn’t take it so I had to yell it from the other end of the house

Like yeah I know not the best choice @tyme - but what else was I supposed to do he was holding up the worker - TW he was drinking aswell and being inappropriate aswell so I did what I had to do, now he won’t come out of his room

Hello @Fluttershy1 sweet, it sounds like a really big day. Proud of you for getting the documents done that you need for housing. I'm sorry you're having so many issues with the house mate.

Glad you went out with the worker and that you're cooking dinner. Doing some diamond art after sounds perfect.

Re: Does it ever stop

Thanks @TAB @MissGremlin - is there a way I could have approached it differently though?

I was upset with him, he didn’t respect boundaries and never does, TW - he drinks and just doesn’t give anyone space even when you tell him no. What can I do to make it different so he understands?
