Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

im safe

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

Haiii @MissGremlin @Jacques @TAB @Invi @tyme @Jynx @AuntGlow @RiverSeal @Shaz51 @Snowie - been busy the morning crafting, making stars, listening to music, cuddling with my weighted penguin trying to have a self care Sunday before my worker comes.

debating on wether walking to the shops or not. Need a cold drink and have none in my fridge as I was half asleep and forgot to put some in my fridge last night hahaha.

I’ve put my stars in a jar and it’s still not full so if you would like to guess how many stars are in the jar I will reveal the answer once I have finished filling it up and counted them all out!

Hello @Fluttershy1 sweet, I'm glad you've been having a self care day before the worker comes.

That jar certainly has alot of stars in it, i might have a go at guessing later but for the moment I'm just focused on my diamond art.
