Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

im safe

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

@Fluttershy1 i hear you sweet. Can you imagine that those worrying thoughts are one of those stars and as you watch it move away think of that thought drifting away aswell. You're safe in your room, you have Perry with you and I'm here ❤️.

I’m freezing aswell, I don’t like it, I’m under the blanket, I really shouldn’t be fighting sleep though. @MissGremlin

Howdy @Fluttershy1

It sounds like tonight has been hard for you. It can be so hard when our preferred supports aren't available to us. You're doing so well self soothing (Projectors and Perry sounds like a great combo atm). the SANE community is here for you. @Fluttershy1 it's starting to get into the cooler weather now, have you got an extra blanket you could put on sweet? I know it can be hard when we are tired but have lots of thoughts aswell but you deserve to get some rest.

@MissGremlin - I get too hot then I chuck my blanket off as it is. There’s a seagull flying about and it’s annoying me. I’m like really bro
