Something’s not right

Does it ever stop

Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

im safe

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

@Fluttershy1 i can understand not wanting to leave, there's alot of people that need support and it can be hard when they need to share their time around.

E could see that there was tears rolling down my face @MissGremlin - she kept wiping them away even though she’s not allowed to touch or hug us. It was really sweeet

@Fluttershy1 she sounds really sweet and caring. I'm glad you were able to have her support tonight, even if it was only for a short time.

T & E argue over me when they are both on it’s quite entertaining @MissGremlin - or it’s first in best dressed hahaha or sometimes they both come out to see me

Re: Does it ever stop

@MissGremlin - they both are like motherly figures to me, T if she works night shifts which she is atm if I pay her a visit during weekdays she will make sure to call me half an hour after I left her to make sure I’m home, E just sits with me and rides the waves with me and understands. But they both won’t let me go if I’m not coping at all or presenting really badly.

am safe
