My go to is a dirty chai with an extra shot of coffee. @Mustang67 but I don't really do instant coffee.

I have a Nespresso Pod machine which my family brought me for Christmas, we also have one at work, but also where I work...within a five minute walk there's probably 5 coffee shops. At a pinch, I'll have coffee sachet's.

Hi @Jynx my coffee consumption probably doesn't help with my sleep either, but I get headaches when I don't have coffee.

@NightFury the headache you are getting when you don't have coffee, is a withdrawal headache from lack of your normal caffeine intake.

@NightFury I use a French press, I can't do instant either!! Been spoilt by the coffee quality in Melbourne haha
