Makes sense @Snowie . Yes, I was thinking more about the side effects after your ECT today. Hope the headache does away for you and you get a good rest!

@Shaz51 Yes offcourse you can ask. I qualify for cochlear in both ears but chose not to have them. I wear two hearing aids instead. I’m also legally blind and have a part foot amputation.
So I do get funding for all those disabilities and each one I get different types of funding.
Eg. My support workers hekp me communicate when I’m out. Make calls for me when I ask them. I also can get deaf consumables that hekp with hearing. Eg devices that stream through hearing aids so I can hear stuff on my iPad. I also have Roger System (google it works with hearing aids very handy).
I got accepted years ago now. It wasn’t hard as I had all the specialist reports and evidence to show them. I got my reports from Eye, Ear and Nose public hospital. Then after I got my first package NDIS gave me funding for OT reports so I could get the things I needed.

@Shaz51 glad all the tests were done in one! Trip that is.
Sounds frustrating to not quite meet criteria for the implant - if you did, would you want it?
Have you considered NDIS before? Could be super helpful hey! But also can be such a difficult process to apply 😓

I haven’t watched Bridgerton yet, I’m not sure why,, haven't got around to it yet but it definitely looks interesting. I love getting into a good series and usually get completely stuck into all the characters, the nerdy part of me! Lately, though, I’ve been drinking lots of tea…herbal, green, black... all sorts of tea. How is everyone's weekend going so far? 😊

@Rosepetal96 sorry to hear that you are struggling at the moment and being off one of your medications certainly wouldn't help.
I pray that they get you in to see the psychiatrist ASAP, so they can get you sorted out and feeling a lot better.
Thank you for sharing that beautiful photo of the sunflower. That flower always reminds me of my step dad, as it was his faviourite flower, and it brings a smile to me face, remembering what a wonderful person my step dad was.

I haven't seen Bridgerton either @SaltwaterSoul haha I don't even know much about it!! Let us know if you end up getting into it 😋
Been having a nice chill weekend, managed to get some laundry done yesterday before all the rain has hit, now just enjoying the sound of it pitter-pattering on my roof. So soothing!
