Re: getting there slowly

Hey @LostAngel

It sounds like you have been navigating a very heavy storm lately, but it's encouraging to hear that the emotional rollercoaster is finally starting to feel more manageable. Please give yourself a lot of credit for that - losing a computer's worth of data is a major stressor, and it's very normal that it took a toll on your anxiety.

Regarding your studies, try not to let those doubts get the best of you. Completing a Certificate III while managing personal challenges shows incredible drive. The fact that you are making the effort and pushing through despite the setbacks is a huge win in itself.

As for the situation with your ex, it takes a lot of self-awareness to recognise the difference between what your heart misses and what your head knows is healthy. Trusting your intuition and prioritising your peace of mind is a very brave choice. You are focusing on your own growth and your goals, and that is exactly where your energy belongs.

Keep taking things one day at a time. We're all rooting for you to hit those life goals!
