Hi @Former-Member, it is possible before you do or say something you might regret later, can you vent your anger in a 'healthy' way? Like scribbing furiously on a piece of paper then tearing it up, screaming into a pillow and the like. I'm sure you can think of other ways to vent also.

Hi @Former-Member
Sometimes its good to let it out, if its in a safe way. If its soemthing that hs caused more problems though it can be really difficult to manage. For now, just getting through the anger is enough to do i would imagine. So like @Queenie suggested, can you find a way to let it out healthily or find some way of distracting yourself for a bit. Moving your body is a good way of using up adrenalin, coul d be doing some sit ups or something else that doesnt stress your injuries.
Take care,
lj

Hi,
there are lots of services that can help you with your caring responsibilities. Have you had a look at Carers Australia? and your state version? There may be some services available that could help you. Young carers services are pretty wide spread these days.
What are you studying? You might have access to some support/counselilng through your studies as well and they will have more information about local options that could help you, and maybe help with your studies/falling behind too.
Might be good to rebook GP appointment tomorrow if you can. It's hard to do anything when things are overwhelming, I know!
