@AlwaysMyself there's a few posts on my thread which says where things are at and what's going on for me. I've not been tagging people in posts as alot of it is triggering. Also struggling with the feeling of rejection when I've tagged others and gotten no replies so it's better if I just leave it as not tagging anyone. If people want to read/respond then it's there.

Bread. Actually, I usually don’t buy bread because I try not to eat it because of my insulin-resistance!

But I still have a loaf of bought supermarket bread in my freezer from December when I had my colonoscopy and had to eat low-fibre low-fat foods lol.

My mum usually bakes her own bread these days, as she also did when I was a child. She stopped when she was working more hours / not from home.

Sometimes I will buy bread from a bakery specifically, but usually because I’m after something a bit special - like a dark german rye or something.

What’s your favourite bread @Shaz51 ?

I don't eat much bread because of my diabetes

Hubby only gets bread from our local bakery which he put in the freezer

They say shop bread have to much salt and sugar in them

@Shaz51 @AlwaysMyself I'm reducing the amount of bread I eat but there's a multi grain sourdough I like at the bakery a suburb or two away. I like sourdough rye too.
