Bi Polar 11

Bi Polar 11

I have been diagnosed with bipolar too. I have fought it for a long time but went to see a psychologist who says that she’s pretty sure I have it because I’ve had the mania and now I’m in a Low.
I have no idea how to cope with the lows. It’s been going on for over 10 weeks now.

I’m on medication (edited by moderator) They don’t really help much.

I can’t do anything. I can’t enjoy life. I look at everybody else and feel they’re having a much better life than I am. The only time I’m peaceful is when I’m asleep.

I feel everyone who loves me and knows is judging me and I am left out of family things because they think I am either OTT or something else that I can feel it. I feel so alone.

@Charlie29 I use Daylio. It was free but keeps suggesting I upgrade to the paid version which has more features. I find it an essential tool, I use it multiple times a day. The weekly and monthly reports are very helpful, and it doubles as a journal.

Different activities directly impact my mood on a daily basis . And seeing graphs of high and low moods over the longer term gives me more insight into my condition. I can see the frequency of mood cycles. i can also see.any trends up or down developing so I can adjust my lifestyle or medication before I come to grief.
