Regarding calls to Lifeline.

I have placed this in two areas cause I wasn't sure if it would be seen at the other area.


Hi,
Not sure where to ask this, so I joined the forum. I just wanted to know if it is possible for the counsellors at Lifeline or Beyond Blue to locate the physical whereabouts of someone through their mobile phone? I recall something about it being possible with landlines, but not sure if it is the same with mobile phones.
