@DogMan79 nice beach photos. I love going to the beach. It is a place that I feel at peace. Unfortunately due to chronic back pain I can no longer walk along the beach and I really miss it. But when I am reeeeaaaaalllllllyyyy stressed I go to my favourite look out place and have a coffee.
Well done on going for a walk when you reeeeaaaaalllllllyyyy didn't want to.

Sorry to hear about your back pain. Despite not being able to walk along the beach, can you sit at there or in the car and watch the waves?
When things were tough, I used to sit on the beach side and just watch the waves for hours. When it got cold, I'd sit in the car and just be there.
