@PeppyPatti indeed you are not alone in this journey, and I am glad you feel support with your fellow sane forum members.
It must be the day for apprehensions and feelings of discomfort.. I am also feeling this too..
Even I went out in the sunshine and could see the endless chances to be completely care free my mind must always wander too far forward...
I went to a beautiful park today and sat on a beach drinking an iced coffee, watching the maple leafs drift to the ground and breathing in the summer air. If only it could be as carefree as childhood but without the big scary feelings all the time 😅
