Heey, thanks for tagging me, how are you today? Now, did you have coffee today or tea? I just had dinner, we had tacos tonight. I have been meaning to put a photo up in the garden group, got some new leaves on some of the plants but haven't been doing well the last two days. I am going to check out that plant parent app too. Excited to check it out.

In regards to the uni student accommodation meeting, it’s just my residence- currently about 10 people but soon to go to 27 shortly- about the students that are currently living in the residence at the moment. Aka, mostly med students.

As for the bond, my housemate and I have had the property manager from hell as she has hated us ever since she failed to win at vcat when we signed the lease back in November 2024 and she couldn’t evict us over a signed contract that was legally binding. She’s ‘lost’ our rent money - aka said she never received it when we have bank statements to prove otherwise- endless times and has done everything in her power to evict us, including trying to disobey court orders and thinking she’s right and we’re wrong. My housemate has even had to delay medical treatment because of the Vcat hearings she’s made us attend and my housemate finally got treatment this week which required surgery and a hospital stay because she had a safe place to stay - student accommodation. We may only lose $900 out of $2000 for overdue rent if Vcat believe us yet the property manager still believes we owe $7000 which we clearly don’t. Long story short - I’m glad I’m out of the place and don’t want to deal with property managers or real estate companies any time soon because of the trauma this property manger put us through. Luckily uni student accommodation don’t need references so we were lucky to get accepted to uni and get uni accommodation so I’ll be okay as long as I keep passing uni for the next 4 years.

Rain is amazing! The grass here in Melb is all dry and yellow. It's been so so dry as you say.
