I watched the ladies tennis final last night - I usually go to bed really early but stayed up. I really enjoyed it. Will watch the mens' final tonight.

@Chasingsunsets my assignment is to critically evaluate four mental health promotion or prevention strategies for schools - two whole school approaches, two for specific purposes - and write a recommendation to a school principal regarding those programs and how to use them within a school environment.

I don't know if it's interesting, but it is relatable.

I am ok, off out to lunch with hubby and my eldest son and his fiancee. Going to a pub where the food is supposed to be pretty decent. Always enjoy spending time with the kids.
