@AuntGlow @tyme the 'sgetti was good. I usually like to let it simmer for a while but it's too hot to have the stove going for too long. I added the usual garlic and onion plus Italian herbs, tomato puree etc and it was tasty enough. I dated an Italian guy in my early 20's and he was embarrassed to admit my Bolognese sauce was better than his lol!
