Hii, how are you all going today? I went to the beach today, it was so beautiful, loved being out in the water again, spent some time just watching the waves too. Had some packed picnic lunch as well near the beach. 😊

I had cleaners coming to my place to clean my room this morning so I’m very satisfied with that - they made my room very spotless and looking perfect! 😄 I hope I get to have fortnightly cleaning sessions from them. Makes my life so much easier especially my mental health

also went out to the park to go out for a walk for an hour this afternoon. I’m glad I decided to go out on a walk today! 🙂 I feel refreshed and is one of the good ways for me to manage my eczema/dermatitis 😊

Mmm your dinners sound nice. I have carrots currently lol. Maybe I should microwave a meal, but I just don't want to. I know it's not logical, it just feels too much effort to do it and then return when it's finished heating and then having to eat just sounds like a lot of effort. 😅 I'll just munch on my carrots... they're in a bag next to me. I have many lol.

Yay for cleaners @Blackcloud! Hopefully mine will be coming tomorrow - I should check with her. She was sick last week and away the week before. It does feel nice to have a clean house, although currently my place is just building up so much "stuff" on all the tables/benches that even once the cleaner comes it won't feel "clean" because of the mess. I guess this clutter build-up is the downside of my going-out-during-the-day distraction tactic!
