Feeling upset

Hi all,

Hope everyone's weekend is good and you are good.

I'm feeling upset & guilty today as my husbands eye condition is more than likely due to stress which I feel it's my fault as since with 1 of my latest diagnosis of bipolar he has had too carry all the load and try and think for himself plus for me

And then everything else my brother has done to my husband plus to me.

Tuesday he goes for a procedure which means I will have to drive home & my concentration is not good, I have to really focus that day.

Am saying positive things to myself and breathing to help myself.

One question is can you still drive if you live in NSW with bipolar?

I don't know what will happen if I am manic, I am starting to notice now when I am stressed I start hearing things (auditory voices, I think that's what they call it).

That is a bit rough. It just shouldn’t happen. You shouldn’t have to keep it all within reach at all times. The people you work with should have more respect @Dk5

It’s rough that you have to pay for more. It’s all good that you can claim it in tax but you have to outlay again. @Dk5 Hopefully you get through soon

@tyme ive left it. Their not doing anything about it. Ive done my trial Monday. I wanna bring a few things up after that
