Am I an emotional/mental hostages?

Am I an emotional/mental hostages?

Hi everyone.

Just wanted to ask this out there broadly as I'm in a situation where someone in my life wants to use the threat of calling butterfly net team on me and feel unsafe mentally. I know I have been not so great with my mental health lately but she is talking to others (family and counsellors) about me and they want to section me. Here's the problem.... I have spoken about needing help for ages and been denied any time to properly help. They repeatedly put tasks and responsibilities that force me to change my plans, whether work or health appointments. I have to work within their mental routine and have none for a dangerous mental condition. Can professionals judge and diagnose others based on one person's statement? Are they trying to take control away from me from speaking or trying help myself? I feel I'm in a dangerous situation since my condition is considered dangerous and they are talking about me having addictions I don't have. I feel actually gaslit here and getting very confused 😕.
