Something’s not right

sensory overload

okay so i phone and talk to my mum who is with a group of wonderful relatives who i really adore then one of the group ring me back and they are all talking at me and my head is spinning with visually seeing them all in my head so i am getting over loaded. i am sitting in my pyjamas feeling terrible. am i weird??

now i have looked up my diagnosis of schizoaffective disorder and yes sensory overload is a symptom and can even trigger a psychosis! now it all makes sense.
