sensory overload

Sounds like a mixture of feelings from having so many people with you virtually - the overwhelming number of voices you were listening to- family or not, lots of people we love can still leave us with feelings. It is so good you can put your PJs on and take the time to regulate from it all. And lean into the support of the community.

@Mindee yes thank you Mindee it all makes sense now that it is written out in black and white and makes me realise i have had these symptoms ever since i was a teenager. i always thought i was just weird.

Yeah @Bunniekins - I get the sensory overload thing too. Sometimes right out of the blue, too

@StuF yeah it is awful. my daughter said she would just have hung up lol!

@StuF she is very wise my daughter whereas i just sat there and stumbled over my words getting more and more overwhelmed....
