Storm's just blowing in, here in S/E Melbourne
I just ordered a turkey for the 25th. I've never roasted a full one. Funnily, the cheap woolies ones come pre-brined

@DogMan79 Good job on ordering turkey. I only did a couple of turkeys for my ex. We have a very low key Chrissie dinner now. Just 2 of us, though I have often done it alone, easily a dozen times, when son was with his father.

@heartathome No she came back last week, that was to support her sister and celebrate her birthday, that was three days. Yesterday morning she left together with her brother and sister to bury our brother in law. They are on their way back now. About 7:30pm i hope to have her home again all being well.
Its been a drag of a few days to be honest. Yesterday i felt spaced out and today very tired and drained and a little on the low side. The tiredness is the worst. i tried sleeping three times today but to no avail.😒
