Oh, I have never tried those flavours @avant-garde , although I guess I don't "usually" drink hydrolite. I was only allowed the orange and clear (lemonade) ones with my recent procedure - I definitely preferred the clear/lemonade one, but I made the rookie mistake of not chilling them in the fridge first...
Hmm, that does make it hard to know whether it is anxiety, electrolytes, or even some other things like the flu that can cause those physiological responses too. I mean, until the unconsciousness - and lets hope it doesn't come to that because that sounds REALLY severe levels!
I am heading to bed now (get up at 630am tomorrow for work); let me know how things pan out with the ED and your symptoms and whether it improves tomorrow?

I can understand this. I didn't see the point either.
Then I fainted and they finally took me seriously

@Trissy71 i too dont present to the hospital because there is nothing they can do - other than keep me company i guess??
Its sometimes hard to know what might help during the dark times. I've found sometimes just letting someone know I'm having a hard time, and knowing that they care even if they are not able to do anything can feel just a bit more comforting.
@avant-garde glad you got a good doctor and they were able to identify and explain that it had triggered vertigo. I hope you feel better this morning.
