I don't understand the tagging culture of this forum either

I've learned to accept it. I've turned off email notifications

Maybe if I tagged more people, I'd get more replies. My new thread this week only got 1 reply

But like the captain, I don't like it. Nor understand it

I've been waking at all hours for a while. Been tracking my dreams as well.

I just had a sleep time tea which is higher in chamomile so hopefully I'll get to sleep soon - have a customer meeting at sparrows fart tomorrow morning... Why do people do these things... 😂

How you are feeling makes perfect sense - it can be confusing navigating tags and multiple conversations in an online space.

Regarding your questions around tagging culture, some members like to tag people they want to connect with or who they think will relate to their story/content.

Tagging likeminded folk can also be really helpful in building a virtual support network.

For example, when I am looking at people's posts or creating threads of my own, I am always thinking about who I can link in and connect, in order to build community and create more support.

Sunday is so far away, it is already Friday!

Was visiting my son and the ex last Sunday, and most joyfully attending the final round of the Australian Open Golf the Sunday before. Got sunburnt in 19 degree heat.

Sunday now seems so near, hook me up for another coffee, will check in after a weekend at my sisters.
