In any case, I do get that hun. Rejection and feeling left out (regardless of whether it is 'real' or just our perceptions) hurt, and you deserve to feel like you're wanted and valued (which you are!).

If you're looking to feel a little more connected in this space, we're always happy to help facilitate that - we can tag you in more spaces, or help you create a thread to call 'home', stuff like that. You 100% have a place here, of that I am certain 😊

It’s a bit of both @Jynx I do have a thread called “Morning has broken”. I just need to use it a bit more and try and be more positive and recovery focussed.

Also, 'recovery focused' doesn't mean 'always positive' - I know it can certainly feel like that sometimes, but it's more about being able to communicate to the community that you're safe (or if not feeling safe, what steps you are gonna take to try to keep safe; if you aren't sure what steps to take, you are welcome to ask for some support with it), as well as how the community might be able to support you (even if you're just saying 'having a vent, not looking for replies' or 'getting stuff off my chest, could use some company' etc.).

Always happy to answer any questions you have about this, cos I know it can take some getting used to, and it can be a bit tricky for those of us sensitive to rejection. You're not alone in struggling with it 💜

Cos I had a background in maths and stats and tek, way back in the day, I have had a sense of how the website and algorithms have worked. Humans working with tek is SO important, as we cant avoid the impact of tek in our world. The personal touch makes a difference.

@Ruby26 I know what a neck condition is like. Pity its between the bod and the head and matters a lot in all aspects of wellbeing, physical and mental and emotional ... Hope you get some relief.
