Friday Coffee and Chat -- 12th December 2025

Thanks @Shaz51

Currently at the gym, already had my morning coffee 😊

DBT session this afternoon, then off to the beach for a few hours. Cold dip in the water to maintain regulation.

morning @peaceandsafety , sounds like a busy day

love the visit to the beach and having a swim sounds like a great end to the day my friend 😍

G’day @Shaz51 . How are you? I slept badly again. Just had a 15 minute cat nap. Puss is sleeping on my bed in the dark. Shorter walk this morning it was warm even early. Watered garden. Did more sorting of my financial mess.

Hi @Shaz51 @MissGremlin and everyone else, how is your morning going?

The weather has been unusually cool for December, although today feels sunny and warm.

I have a day off today and it's one more week until my long break

Hello there @Shaz51 ,

How's your day so far?

Life has sounded a bit challenging in your posts.

I'm just about to have a cup of coffee.

Well done for what you have done @GezzaP

Can you have a rest or a nap after

@Spirit_Healer , a day off , lovely , what's your plan to relax today xx

Have a cuppa coffee ☕️ with you @Realness

Yes one step at a time here my friend 🧡

@Shaz51 PMS has me feeling a bit worse-for-wear today, so I'm taking things slowly. So far I've done a bit of reading and listening to music. I might do a short workout at the gym this afternoon. Then I'll go out for dinner with my parents.

I'm treading the line between minimal structure to my day and boredom. But given that at home, I don't have to look busy, I'm not going to complain. It's freedom, if anything.

Dad's moving the net from one fruit tree to another, so I've been going outside at intervals to check on his progress.

Sounds good to take it easy today @Spirit_Healer

What kind of fruit trees have you got ?

We have four @Shaz51 : persimmon, apple, loquat and feijoa. The loquat season is almost over, so we're moving the net to cover both the apple and persimmon trees.

Oh, @Shaz51 , I forgot the orange tree!

Asians love fruit trees because they symbolise abundance and prosperity.
