@Shaz51 I’m glad you’ve got the aircon. This summer is going to be hot and I cannot stand the heat.
Feet up on lounge is a good idea after a restless night.
I am feeling very messy with taper and depression, anxiety and CPTSD. It’s been a really rough ride as you know from previous posts.
