Re: such a failure :(

@Former-Member. Distractions may be needed today.
1 - take your sister for that bike riding lesson
2 - go to the library - a quiet corner & study for an hr
3 - find a park, a creek , a tree & focus on that and breathe. Notice how it smells - perfume flowers / eucalypt trees. Can you see the wind blowing through the trees or the grass? What animals or insects do you notice.
Doing this for 15 minutes - once or twice a day - can really help you relax and take the focus off any anxiety.
Sometimes you have to push yourself to start - but once you're there - you will feel calmer and more energised.

ive taken her for a bike riding lesson today and let her ride her scooter,( just abit peaceful with my other sister at her friends house), took her out for lunch, got all the washing and house work done, done some craft ( made crafty paper planes and fans). @utopia

Re: such a failure :(

Music can be really helpful @Former-Member. I'm a fair bit older than you. So chances are our music tastes will differ.
I like the Eagles and Bob Seager. Australian 80's rock. Love a singer called Cecilia - she's a Norwegian Opera singer - but has produced 2 albums - self titled & Violet 19 that I just love.
What are you currently listening too?
