We'll my name is Rachel when I was 18 years old I got locked away by my sister Kylie. Just because I heard voices and I was violent . Years passed I had the courage to get help but I'm ok now but I still hear voices I've been told so many times to help others by my mental health nurse . Any way I got a parrot but I was violent I nearly harmed my parrot Elizabeth . I threw her on the Welcome! cage and all but she's ok still . Still alive .once I was agitated so I got a sharp object and I was going to threaten my parents or I was going to harm myself but I realised I had the sharp object and I put it back I don't know some call me courageous the voices call me crazy all I know is I won't give in to them never !!!!!!

We'll hi I watch Classic Walt Disney movies like lady and the tramp dumbo the aristocats Robin Hood mickey Donald goofy the 3 musketeers and frozen and the lion king 123 and Mary poppins so on what about my hobbies do you want to know mainly to defeat the voices listening to the right music or radio station plus do each hobby every day you will hopefully recover
